Kerry Moquett
"I have been the Mountain House DECA Advisor for 7 years. When I started, we were not attending conferences or competing. In the past few years, we have gained recognition at State competition with multiple winners in their events. We also have been recognized at ICDC in competitions. Last year, I was honored to be able to take students to Atlanta for our first in-person competition. In 2023, I will be taking 18 students to Orlando to compete. Our chapter winners keep growing. I also feel deeply honored to have been recognized at the State conference this year as DECA Advisor of the Year. I am truly proud of how our chapter has grown and continues to achieve more success each year."

"I have been a dedicated member of the Mountain House High School community for the past six years. In addition to serving as one of the school's business pathway teachers, I played a role in the DECA program, now entering my second year as a DECA advisor. I am passionate about fostering practical business skills. I oversee the School-Based Enterprise class and the Student Store, providing students with invaluable hands-on experience in managing real-world business operations. In 2024 we received our first Gold Certification for our SBE. I look forward to the 2024/2025 school year and all we will accomplish together! "
